Shipping Information

Since we are a small family ran business, if your item is in stock we will ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If we need to drop ship (from the manufacturer (if they are open due to the national health crisis), it will ship within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays), during the Holiday Season this time frame is subject to change. If multiple items of the same size are ordered, we will ship what we have, and back order the remaining order and ship once we have the products in store. The exception is if you call or notify us to hold the entire order and ship together.

Apparel is seasonal, and in most cases we will only have 1-3 pieces of a particular size for each item, due to space availability in our store. If you need to place a large order of a particular size, please call and verify availability first.

Coupons/Discounts can not be stacked.  One per customer, per order in most cases.  If you have questions please message or give us a call.

Our Shipping Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the product once packaged for shipping.

Due to USPS activating a temporary rate increase for the peak holiday season across their commercial and retail postal services, which will take effect on October 2nd, 2022 and remain in effect until January 22, 2023, we are choosing to add UPS back as a shipping option for our products under 10 pounds. This will go into effect on October 13, 2022. It will be at our discretion to ship via another method if shipping is over what we have collected.  Our hope is this will be more economical and faster for our customers. If you would like another shipping choice please give us a call before making the purchase. If you have any questions please give us a call. Thank you for understanding.  There are no guarantees on delivery even when you have a delivery date.  Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for the delays that seem to be the norm at the moment.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum re-stocking/handling fee of $10 for returns, or if the item is not picked up from the Post Office in a timely manner and is returned to us. The fee is based on 20% of product price with a minimum of $10. In the event free shipping was applied to the order, we will refund the purchase amount via a business check less shipping and re-stocking fee.

Per Tennesse Tax Law/Per Our Accountant: Tennessee Sales Tax will be charged for all purchases (as if you are shopping inside our store), please add 9.5% to your order to cover the sales tax.

Most standard deliveries will be received within 3-10 business days, please check the tracking number on your confirmation for further delivery details. We are not responsible for shipping delays, or errors by shipping companies.
