BJ's Western Store is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If you find you have a problem with your purchase, please send us an email or give us a call. We will accept your returns for exchange (Only Once) or a store credit (less shipping which is non-refundable & re-stocking/handling fees) within 30 days of purchase with receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping a product(s) back to BJ's Western Store and no call tag or return label will be included or issued. We do NOT offer money back refunds, it is exchange or store credit only. Store credit for online purchases will be issued via a coupon code.

Close Outs and Sale Products Are Final Sales Only! No Exchanges/Credit On Those Items!
Criteria for Exchanges/Credit:
*Must be in original packaging
*New Condition (tags in place, unwashed, unworn, no odors, no stains, no stretching, no scratches, etc.)
*Soles of Boots unscratched (when trying on boots, be sure to walk on carpet/indoors until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.)
*Packaging Intact
*Unmodified (no alterations, monograms, etc.)
*Original Store Receipt
*Defective
Items We Will NOT Accept Unless Defective:
*Undergarments (Boxers, Socks, etc.)
*Customized/Personalized Items.
*Sale Items/Flash Friday Sales/Final Clearance/Close Out Items.
*Boots that have been worn, stretched or scratched.
Please include a Return Form in the return package stating reason for return, along with the original receipt/order confirmation. Your package should be carefully repacked in a separate box (not original merchandise packaging/boxes), insured, and all freight prepaid. Make sure to keep the tracking information, BJ's Western Store will not be responsible for lost or missing products.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum re-stocking/handling fee of $10 for returns/exchanges, fee is based on 20% of product price with a minimum of $10.
If FREE SHIPPING is offered it applies only to initial shipment of product, subsequent return and exchange shipments do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
In the rare event we agree to a money back Return/Exchange it will be credited by business check, once all requirements have been met and accepted less re-stocking/handling fees and non-refundable shipping, which may take up to 14 days.
